  My sister and I had a lovely time at this location. The line was long, but moved very fast and it was worth it! Eeryone was smiling! Jayden has such a bubbly personality! We got to try a couple flavors and he helped us with our order (4 kids and 2 adults) in a very fun, yet professional manner. It was a pleasure speaking with him as he quickly worked on our order! Excellent service and communication!

  Jayden goes above and beyond to make not only a first time customer feel like a regular, but also to feel like family. From giving time to try new flavors to sharing their likes it makes this ice cream experience a once in a life time experience. Jayden paid extra attention to my little girls wishes and freshly made a waffle bowl. As a parent making your child’s wishes come true can be difficult, but here at Ben and Jerry’s it’s as usual as business. I cannot recommend enough coming here, and if you do say hi to Jayden, because he’s the best!

  We visited the DC location at the wharf ran into Tay at the Ben & Jerry’s. Let him know of an allergy. He took the best precautionary steps I’ve ever had for a nut allergy. I physically washed every utensil change this club multiple times made sure the cups were checked before serving it to me. This is Is the safest ice cream experience I’ve ever had thank you Tay

  I had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s at The Wharf, and I really want to give a special shoutout to Shanti. Her customer service was honestly exceptional. I have a child with severe allergies, so ordering ice cream can be stressful, but Shanti handled everything with so much care and attention. She took the time to listen, double-check ingredients, and make sure there was no cross-contamination. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting it right and keeping my child safe. That kind of patience and awareness means a lot as a parent. She didn’t rush us or make us feel like it was an inconvenience, which unfortunately can happen sometimes. Instead, she made the whole experience feel easy and safe. Because of her, we were able to enjoy a treat without worry. Thank you, Shanti, for going above and beyond, it truly made our visit memorable.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Ben & Jerry’s. The employees were extremely rude, and unfortunately, this is not the first time—it’s now the second time I’ve experienced disrespectful behavior from the staff. During my visit, I asked to use the bathroom as a paying customer, and instead of being treated politely, I was yelled at and told it was not a public bathroom. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. For the price we paid for four ice creams, we expected much better customer service. Basic courtesy and respect toward customers should be standard, and it was completely lacking. Management really needs to address this issue and ensure their team treats customers with professionalism and respect.
