  Wow, Belga Cafe, you didn't disappoint! That hidden gem of an oxtail with pommes frites was a spoonful of savory delight with each plunge into the bowl. Heard they do brunch, so I shall return.

  For a place that prides itself on Belgian waffles, it's disappointing that their food is so low quality and overpriced. I got a liege waffle which was not only dense and clearly not studded with pearl sugar, but was also lukewarm and so small that I left the restaurant hungry. I could have honestly gotten a pre-packaged liege waffle from whole foods and had a better experience for $2. The presentation was also ugly so there's that.

  Great Happy hour and is until 6.30pm. We ordered mussels in the pot and it was delicious. The service and attention to detail is amazing. The manager (Hamza) and all staff there are very friendly and customer oriented. They have great outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

  Despite having made a reservation for brunch my wife and I were relegated to their overflow roof area. It was not properly insulated and quite cold. The service was subpar as well, with me having to ask multiple times before I received the complete drink menu. There server prefered to just ask "what do you want?". This might have been acceptable at a bar & grill with 5 or so taps, but the cafe boasts an extensive drink menu. Also, shouldn't you want to be pushing drinks for their profit margin, it seems baffling from a business perspective to be reluctant to sell me alcohol. While the food was inoffensive, it was at a level of quality that I would expect as the bare minimum for the price point, thus did little to make up for the rest of our experience. We will not be back.

  We stopped by Belga Cafe on Saturday for happy hour and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a delicious Dirty Martini for $9 along with a cheese plate. The food and service were outstanding. Belga Cafe offers happy hour all week long at the bar and patio from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy quality drinks and bites.
