  PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. In addition, I already reached out to customer service with no response, so now I am leaving a Google review. I came in for national burrito day. Immediately when I walked in, I was uncomfortable because two of the staff had their phone out and it was pointing right at me. I felt like I was being recorded, but I don’t know. Overall, they are working and should not have had their phones out pointing at customers. I ignored it and waited for them to acknowledge me. They ignored me for 5 minutes before I was told “what you want.” I told them I was there for national burrito day. The staff member rolled his eyes and said they are not doing that promotion. From what I saw online, this location was not excluded from the promotion. Overall they were extremely rude and inattentive. In addition, they walked away from the register before I could ask for a receipt, so I cannot even get a refund now. I was temped to call them over and ask for the receipt, but i did not want to be met with even more attitude, so i let it go and left as soon as i could. I am very disappointed that the buy one entree + drink get one entree free was not given out. I don’t live near a Qdoba but drove out to this location just for that. I never want to be back at the location. I have never felt more disrespected by a set of employees.

  Short Story: First time visiting this QDOBA location and I received very poor service. Long Story: After spending the entire afternoon grading assignments, I decided to check out some food on campus. I asked for no cheese for my Quesadillas due to low tolerance, only to be told "It will come with cheese." When I asked again whether I the no-cheese version is possible, one of the staff told me "It's ok for this time, but we don't do that next time." (Or something equivalent) While I eventually received the no-cheese version and I understand how busy it can be for an on-campus dinning, I DO NOT think this kind of service is reasonable or professional. I will NOT go to this place again. In the meantime, I would urge the owner/management to train their employees properly for professional and courteous service going forward.

  I drove through a lot of traffic to go to this Qdoba and it was shutdown no one was working. Wasted gas and my entire lunch period going there. Yall seriously need to update your hours or add a note if you’re going to be shutdown on while the students are away for winter break!

  Subway nearby was closed so I decided to give this a try. Definitely felt like an off-brand chipotle. Very similar options, burritos bowls and quesadillas. A bit more expensive and smaller portions tho, so that was disappointing. The employees are also clearly overwhelmed. Twenty online orders got ringed in during the few minutes that I stayed and there was also like eight people in line. Additionally they were out of a few ingredients by already 6pm. I can understand why they might feel stressed and not be in the best condition to interact with customers. It’s a college fast food restaurant so I don’t expect a lot. And I didn’t receive a lot. The food was decent enough and prepared fast enough for me to come back.
