I have been to both locations in DuPont and Georgetown. I wouldn’t compare them to Cava it’s clear they are Asian inspired dishes not Mediterranean. In my opinion, I would choose Bibibop over Cava Anyday. The consistency is there, and that’s what keeps me coming back. If you are looking for something healthy yet delicious I would give them a try! Plus FREE MISO SOUP you can’t miss out 😋
