  The staff was great. The morning manager (a girl) ensured we will never go to this location again. We used 6000 points after asking if we could get a McFlurry. The nice young man said, “Yes” and when we got to the window the ice cream machine was working, but the manager told her staff to tell us to come back later if we want because she didn’t want to turn it on. Then she told me, “No” and rolled her eyes. It wasn’t until I asked for the district manager’s information that she threw my 6 year old a dirty look and said, “Fine. They’ll make it.” My daughter was sobbing. And I had asked if they had the machine working before ordering the shake. The staff was mouthing “sorry” about the manager’s unnecessary aggression. We will never go back to this location. I still don’t understand why a manager would be so outwardly unprofessional and hostile.

  This location is consistent with constant poor customer service and quality control .. My wife ordered three meals through door dash that came to almost 80 dollars with a tip( she’s also the problem but it’s her money). The bags that are sealed by your employees are supposed to be checked to make sure the order is complete .. Nope that’s way too hard apparently .. Two large fries and cheeseburger along with BBQ SAUCE were missing .. Not to mention the “ nuggets were hard and cold.. The leadership or lack their of is painfully apparent.. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER .. Straight garbage

  Hours mean nothing at this place. They close whenever they feel like. Sometimes they close two hours before closing time, sometimes half an hour but if it’s within an hour of closing don’t even bother going because even if they’re in there, chances are they wont answer the drive thru anyway. They leave everything lit up and the menus on because they’re suppose to be open but they either will stop answering the drive through and still be inside or I’ve seen them leave even a full hour before closing. This isn’t a one time thing but very very common for this place. I’ve never seen another McDonald’s any where in the country that just closes whenever ever the hell they feel like. It’s multiple nights a week they do this. I don’t know why they bother even posting hours because they don’t go by them and instead close whenever they decide they don’t want to do their jobs anymore. It’s kind of ridiculous. Place is a joke.
