Or the fact they don’t have a managers on duty and have to call them on the phone while you’re at the window because they mess the order up so bad and no one on the clock knows how to do a refund. And on top of all of that, the customer service has to be some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

It tasted like it had been left over night and a whole cup of milk was added to it. I heated it up when I got home and it didn’t help. It was awful.

And the put the wrong lid, so they really couldn’t fit any if they wanted too. I’ve never been served this drink with the lid wrong…. This Dunkin seems to run slower then any of the ones In Torrington or Harwinton. I sit in line behind one person for 10 + minutes. It’s so slow, I’m so confused why this one is delayed no matter when or what you order
