- JWJ WJan 4, 20261.0Place should be shut down there’s no point having the business open when they continuously don’t have product something as simple as espresso or coffee at 9AM on a Sunday morning. Or the fact they don’t have a managers on duty and have to call them on the phone while you’re at the window because they mess the order up so bad and no one on the clock knows how to do a refund. And on top of all of that, the customer service has to be some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
- MCMaureen CoxDec 17, 20251.0I got a hot decaf coffee with two cream. The staff member who handed us our food was miserable and rude. The coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. It tasted like it had been left over night and a whole cup of milk was added to it. I heated it up when I got home and it didn’t help. It was awful.
