When my husband called her for assistance, she had an attitude and acted like she was bothered that we even wanted to place an order. She didn’t offer me any options or guidance — I had to tell her exactly what I wanted. After I ordered a double sheet cake, I went back to ask about a filling (since she never asked me if I wanted one in the first place). Instead of explaining the choices, she snapped, “What filling do you want?” When I asked what options were available, she repeated the same question in an irritated tone. This kind of rude and dismissive service is unacceptable. To be honest, her behavior made me so uncomfortable that I am now worried about the quality and safety of the cake I ordered. I am seriously considering canceling the order because I don’t trust that it will be handled with care.
