  Ordered a 10 pack of munchkins, asked if I wanted assorted. Gave me nothing but glazed. When I asked her why they're all glazed the said you said "assorted" so I picked one. Refused to mix them because I already "touched the bag" what kind of service is this?

  Slow. Waited 10 minutes for an order placed ahead. All Dunkin’s are getting this way.

  Nasty customer service. My hashbrowns for breakfast and I was served with a nasty attitude, I asked for two catchup packet and they were just thrown across the counter at me. I do not appreciate my experiences at this location and I will not be coming back. The morning shift is very lazy, rude and unprofessional. Only the young man at the cash register has a decent attitude about himself everyone else is a hot mess and I do not wish to come here anymore, or have them handling my food or serving me. I rebuke all wickedness in the mighty name of Yahusha Hamashiach

  I came to this Dunkin at 1230 sep 23 with my sister and we order 2# 6$ meals and the two young females that was working on that shift took there time as made everything and it came out great food Md coffee where 10/10 great jobs lady loved the team work

  I’ve been coming to this DD since it opened, hoping it would get better, but after the last interaction I had I will not be going back. I ordered ahead and saw that my avocado toast was missing bacon (they have consistently messed up my orders there so I checked). I waited for someone to come by who I could ask for help from, but the staff who was making food avoided eye contact and walked away when I tried to talk to her. So I let the other staff making coffee know that my order was missing bacon, which would end up being the worst mistake I could make. She responded in a hostile tone as though I demanded she make my bacon that very second, and I told her that I just wanted to let someone know so they could communicate it to the team. She responds back even more condescendingly and proceeds to start complaining openly to all the staff about it (which is unfortunately a common experience I’ve had there but never about me) I’ve never had such horrible customer service in my life. They threw the bacon on the toast when I wasn’t aware and proceeded to let me stand there for 20 minutes waiting, without saying a word.
