  Every Saturday morning while to going to work we order hash browns, they give stale ones, they don't make fresh ones, they used to give fresh ones, now from last 2 weeks they are heating up the old left overs and giving those in the morning for commuters, manager please take care of this issue

  This Dunkin is wonderful, the staff are friendly and the food consistent, but several times now I’ve seen the same worker there at both 4 am and 3 pm on the same day, implying that these folks make their poor staff work at least 11 HOUR SHIFTS. This most recent time was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. As I was waiting for my food, some higher-ups came and started chit chatting with the manager, all of them standing around the cash register. A guy in an Amazon vest got in line behind them, but they kept blabbering on and on without a care in the world for several minutes as the guy got increasingly antsy. Finally they noticed him and moved so he could order, but rather than say sorry or anything, they just snapped at the one employee on shift to “sweep these floors!” as if she wasn’t busy enough. Genuinely a jaw-dropping experience. I used to get both breakfast and lunch from this spot but after all that, I’m not so sure if I want to support these folks.

  Ordered a 10 pack of munchkins, asked if I wanted assorted. Gave me nothing but glazed. When I asked her why they're all glazed the said you said "assorted" so I picked one. Refused to mix them because I already "touched the bag" what kind of service is this?

  Slow. Waited 10 minutes for an order placed ahead. All Dunkin’s are getting this way.

  Nasty customer service. My hashbrowns for breakfast and I was served with a nasty attitude, I asked for two catchup packet and they were just thrown across the counter at me. I do not appreciate my experiences at this location and I will not be coming back. The morning shift is very lazy, rude and unprofessional. Only the young man at the cash register has a decent attitude about himself everyone else is a hot mess and I do not wish to come here anymore, or have them handling my food or serving me. I rebuke all wickedness in the mighty name of Yahusha Hamashiach
