  "I ordered a latte online and arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, yet it hadn't even been started. There was only one employee behind the bar who looked completely overwhelmed and confused. After waiting another five minutes, he finally asked what I was waiting for. I pointed to the printed ticket with my name on it, and he told me he still had to make it. At that point, a second employee walked out from the back while on a FaceTime call. When the first guy asked her to make my drink, she seemed visibly annoyed to have to work. She moved at a snail's pace, brewing the espresso into a dirty-looking beaker, frothed half the milk, and then literally walked away to continue her FaceTime call. The first guy eventually had to step back in to finish the drink and hand it to me—more than 20 minutes after it was ordered. The quality was just as bad as the service; the latte was so poorly made that I threw it out after a few sips."

  Terrible service. I've been ordering from here for months and they never send me the right things, even though I'm paying for them. Learn to send things correctly, as ordered.

  Luckily after 30 minutes of waiting, Supreme Leader Felix stepped in and slowed the whole process down even more. I finally was graced with cold food and a coffee full of grounds. Great place to stop if you’re trying to be late and grumpy.
