  Waited longer than expected. The brown paper bag broke and all the food fell out and I had to rebag everything on the hotel sidewalk. The lid wasnt closed tight on a drink and soda went all over my passenger seat. I let them know I was traveling and had to ask for ketchup. They forgot the carrots and celery and gave no cutlery. I also ordered a salad..... If you order fries or anything similar ketchup should automatically be put in the bag. There was a nice kid at the door but thats the only compliment I can give.

  I waited over an hour for take out. I was informed it would be about 45 minutes, which still is ridiculous. I ask for a manager and said I’ve been waiting over an hour, his response was that they had over 100 orders, now why is that my issue. I got my food home and everything was cold and I live 7 minutes away. Rude manager, bad service and maybe someone should manager the bogo Thursdays better. Never again.

  Not all chain restaurants hit because they staff or cooks don’t be doing it right! But this BWW I will come back every time it was the late Saturday afternoon & they were busy! But lemme tell you my pick up order was fast fresh & the staff was phenomenal!! I’m definetly coming back for another 2 for 19.99$. It was bussing hot & fresh! My drinks were right my bag lacked or missed absolutely nothing! Thank yall so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings on DoorDash and didn’t receive the two Mountain Dew sodas I paid for. Missing items like this are unacceptable, especially when you’re paying full price and expect your order to be correct. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but it’s still frustrating. Drinks are a basic part of the order, so there’s really no excuse for them to be left out. It shows a lack of attention when orders aren’t being checked before they go out. At the same time, DoorDash needs to take responsibility for making this right. Customers shouldn’t have to go through extra steps just to get what they already paid for. A refund should be handled quickly and without hassle when items are missing. Overall, this experience was disappointing. Both the restaurant and delivery service need to do better when it comes to accuracy and customer service.
