  Windsor Locks - My husband purchased fried fish on New Years Eve . I must say that this was the worst we have ever had from this restaurant. The fish was not properly cooked and was mushy and greasy, we threw it away. My husband went back today Saturday 1/3/26 to let them know. The reception he received is less than desirable. They had questions as to why he did not contact them earlier. He explained that it was not possible to contact them earlier. They did not even make it right or apologize. One of the two girls who served him was present today; she told him that she spoke to the Manager and that there is nothing they can do. Shameful! We have been supporting the Resturant since it opened but will no longer be supporting this restaurant; I live in the area but will ride to Hartford. He was always sure to tip the service workers. Customer Service stinks!
