  This is for the Dunkin' next to gate 25 just to be clear. This Dunkin' was a nice quick stop to get some drinks and snacks. This location has the new next-gen design, with modern and convenient features. One thing that was not so convenient however was the kiosks. I've ordered from Dunkin' kiosks before, but this one seemed to be operated by the airport. It was very confusing and not user friendly at all. The menu was hard to view, and getting the check out was a bit confusing as well. But, the food and drinks came out fast, looked and tasted good, and the employee working there was very nice. Overall a good location, but maybe try to order in person to avoid the unneeded confusion with the kiosks.

  I am a regular, I think I’m going to stop going here. They just moved to the new location. Now using the tablets to order is standard. I find out after I order that they don’t have croissants. They aren’t telling people or putting a sign up. They wait for you to come up and ask. So I wanted a refund because if they can’t stock croissants for the day, I’m not interested in buying anything. The manager doesn’t care, literally just takes a photo of my receipt and says it will take 24 hours. He Doesn’t care why I asked for a refund even though he probably just lost another customer. I will be monitoring this situation to ensure I get my refund and I do not plan to return to this Dunkin.

  Convenient Dunkin on your way to your gate. The have 3 self serve kiosks to put your order in. This is a new spot. They used to be close to the gates. The coffee is hot and it is quick, what else should you expect?
