They always forget items on top of that there is this boy there that says huh after everything you say and then when you repeat your self he can’t even remember what you said! I don’t know if the manager just hires anyone that needs a job but they all need to do better over there oh and if you need only decaf coffee don’t order it from there they just water down caffeinated coffee and give it to you I have a caffeine intolerance and that’s what they did to me this morning along with not giving me the bottled water I paid for and making my order wrong! Extreemly incompetent!!!!!!!

He tried claiming it was the XL Cup that was as the reason for the charge but I said “can’t I just refill my Stanley cup?” And he said “no” 😭 The 3 other food establishments on Boston post rd had no problem filling my cup up especially because it ILLEGAL TO CHARGE FOR WATER!!
