- DLDalia LassuJan 30, 20261.0I went through drive thru. The worker as me "what do you want?" Instead of welcome to dunkin how many I assist you this a.m...she was so rude. When she gave me my bag and 2 coffees she slammed the window.. idk if it's a bad morning...she needs to leave her outside problems outside and work on the other hand.. I was close to telling her off but ik my temperament...rather I thanked her and wished her a better day. Plus side my coffee was good and my mom enjoyed her coffee and donuts.! Lady smile life is short!!

They always forget items on top of that there is this boy there that says huh after everything you say and then when you repeat your self he can’t even remember what you said! I don’t know if the manager just hires anyone that needs a job but they all need to do better over there oh and if you need only decaf coffee don’t order it from there they just water down caffeinated coffee and give it to you I have a caffeine intolerance and that’s what they did to me this morning along with not giving me the bottled water I paid for and making my order wrong! Extreemly incompetent!!!!!!!
