  I am an OTR driver and today I woke up to leave early and ordered on the app as I always do, and when I went inside the store they were closed! Management needs to close the app if they are closed. I ASSUMED they were open because google says the business updated their hours to 24/7! So obviously that’s a lie. Now I’m waiting on corporate to refund me.

  The faster I can get through the better. Coffee 'very' hot, muffins 😋 and service as quick as possible!

  The woman with the red hair has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I went through drive thru and ordered 1 coffee. It was made VERY light and sweet so I went in and asked for it to be remade. There were no other customers in sight in front or drive thru. They were not busy. She gave me attitude about remaking it stating it’s right. She repeated 4 or 5 times to her coworker “ it’s going to be the same color” as if picking up a cup and remaking it was so difficult. To act like that in front of the customer is absolutely ridiculous. I told her there was no need for the attitude and to have a great day, I will not be visiting this location again. Your employees need an attitude adjustment. Starting with the woman with the red hair.

  La chica de la caja mal servicio, sin gracia por atendernos, hizo muchas caras. Si no te gusta tu trabajo buscas otro y ya. Esta es una cadena internacional pero hemos estado en mejores sucursales
