- SDShari DrakeFeb 27, 20262.0Online pickup is Awful lately. I’ve shopped at this store for over 13 years and really like it. I’ve been doing online pickup for a few years because of my immunity issues. This is the second time I’ve had to wait for someone to bring out my order. They use to be out on 5-10 minutes. A month ago it took over 40 minutes to bring my order out. I stopped shopping here and decided to go back today. I waited for 35 minutes today. Someone on the side of us pulled in (25 minutes later) and an order was brought out to us but it was really for them. I called again after 30 minutes and finally it was brought out. Apparently they don’t have a manager for Online Pickup because they relocated the person. I complained to the Customer Service Manager. She was going to go check out he problem because orders are supposed to be brought out in 5 minutes!

I selected 5-6pm for a pick up time today and it’s 5:37 and it’s still not ready. I’ve waited anywhere from a few minutes to 30+ waiting for my order. I called 15 min ago and they said it would be another 5-10 and it’s still not ready yet. They’ve given me the wrong order a few times. Got my order and it’s wrong again. Missing items. Extra items. Been chasing a refund on my missing items for close to 2 hours at this point. They finally refunded me and offered to give me the items for free.
