    Seriously?! This is the second time I’ve paid for supreme soft tacos and got regular ones instead. You charge extra but can’t get the order right and it wasn’t even busy! How hard is it to make what people actually ordered? I’m just giving away money at this point. Super frustrating and disappointing

    Management needs to take responsibility for the wait time at the drive through. Clearly this Taco Bell is understaffed. Please account for more customers! You’re the only place open late night so staff your employees accordingly. The wait being over 2 hours is ridiculous.

    we waited 2 hours for our food which we ordered online and paid for but when we pulled up to the window they said because we didn’t say anything on the speaker, we had to go around the line again to get our order checked it. we spoke multiple times for someone to take our order and check us in and no one responded so we went to the window. We also got there before dine in was supposed to close and they closed early for no reason.
