I really think the employees are doing the best they can, under the circumstances. Fast food is demanding and very high stress. Being understaffed, slammed all the time with customers, dealing with rude people, moving nonstop.. is very stressful. Taco Bell, take care of your employees. I don’t order often anymore because of the wait times and always being made to feel like a burden for brining my buisness.

Count however many cars are in the drive through and add 15 minutes per car minimum. Today, I could’ve had a full meal at restaurant with drinks, and a check by the time your staff can make a combo meal aka over an hour. Either one of two issues that are possible - whoever owns this location needs to pay up and staff the restaurant properly or you have staff that can’t make a Taco Bell meal in the time a restaurant can make a steak… in that case fire your staff; regardless of issue issue it comes down to terrible management. People’s time is valuable…***FYI *** If you see more than a car in the drive thru line just go across the street to Moe’s.

In all my days of receiving my favorite, the cheesy Gordita crunch, it has never had so much effort into making it look beautiful. The box was also wildly neat..I just unfortunately dug into it before taking a picture.
