This McDonald’s has went downhill since September. New staff, service is extremely slow and plenty of orders that were not prepared correctly. I’m not a review kind of person, definitely not one to leave a negative one but this McDonald’s is in need of corporate assistance.

Had the app opened on my phone then the screen said "order canceled by store." Then the kid lied and said I never had an order. Then I went in and waited in line to be told it was cancelled because I never picked it up and they can't refund it... needless to say never going back. Absolutely slowest and rudest people ever
