    Very rude not customer friendly service in the bakery department..did not write on my son in laws cake with care or direction..was written like this..29th happy birthday Paris. Clearly the 29th goes in-between happy and birthday....clearly the tall black person very skinny male in the bakery department does not appreciate his job and takes his position at stop n shop for granted! Very poor customer service skills! We will go elsewhere for future birthday cakes!

    The tall black skinny guy in Bakeshop is so RUDE & not Friendly at all. He wrote on my cake with no kind of warmth, just cold & mean Spirited, then he wrote happy birthday backwards (I have a picture). I did not like the customer service he gave. It was embarrassing to have to even show a loved one that cake, but I left humbly cause I just didn't wanted to talk to him a second more.

    The store was clean and stocked well. However my experience was ruined by the self check cashier. It doesn’t hurt to be kind to the people you’re helping. Being a bratty teenager does.
