My akua is genderfluid so she got extremely upset. Please take this into consideration for your future workers. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Coffee is usually ok but the customer service isn't always the best. Last week I stopped at this Dunkin and went through the drive through and was greeted by the most professional sounding, energetic young man I have ever heard. His personality woke me up more than the coffee did! As someone who is in the customer service field I was blown back by how amazing he was. I got to the window and he had the same energy and was very professional. He made me feel like a top priority with just his voice. I think the other Dunkin should take notes from him and possibly be trained by him. You have gained a customer for life at this Dunkin!
