Not only was the establishment immaculately clean, but the cashier Nai was so kind and sincerely amazing at his job. I can’t even express how impressed I was with the service, I highly recommend every Dunkin Donuts lover to visit this location and experience just how amazing Dunkin Donuts can be!
- NVNicolle VegaMar 23, 20261.0had a really frustrating experience at this dunkin. went through the drive-thru as a passenger & tried to place an order, but was told that only the driver could order. when i asked why, the employee gave no explanation. my stepdad, who was driving & didn’t speak english, didn’t want anything, & i was just trying to order for myself & my sister. because of this, i had to go inside just to order a coffee, a refresher, & a breakfast sandwich, which completely defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru. before leaving, i asked again why passengers couldn’t order, & after getting a vague & unhelpful response from an employee, i was told it was a rule made up by the shift manager. i even asked if this was a policy followed by other dunkin locations or just this one, & didn’t get a clear answer. the whole situation felt unnecessary & poorly handled. the lack of communication & random “rules” made for a disappointing experience.

I think I had one bad coffee here but that happens everywhere once in awhile, cant get it right all the time, and I cant complain when I'm not the one making it. ♡♡♡
