    Ordered the arch meal through the. Driver through 20 minutes ago and they gave me a Big Mac meal charged me double for a Big Mac and to top it all off their phone number doesn’t work find another McDonald this one’s running a scam

    I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated with suspicion rather than as a paying customer. When I tried to pick up my order, the staff refused to properly verify it and instead made me feel like I was trying to take something that wasn’t mine. Rather than calmly checking the order details or asking for confirmation in a respectful way, the interaction came across as rude and dismissive. It was embarrassing to be treated like a thief in front of other customers, especially when I had done nothing wrong. Customer service should be about respect and professionalism, but this experience was the complete opposite. I understand the need for security and accuracy, but there’s a way to handle situations without making customers feel uncomfortable or accused. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they communicate with customers in the future.

    The fish filet was hot and delicious and the shamrock shake was so good.!! And the lady at the counter that took our order was very nice and personable.

    Whatever you do do not get the new big arch. I’ve been on the toilet for the last three hours . The health department really needs to go to this establishment.
