  I’ve gone to this store for about 7 years now, it always very clean and the employees are very nice, especially marty the robot 🥹

  Just drove to this location purposely to play some lottery and get some scratch tickets. 5:20 in the early evening and signs say “closed”. I looked at one of the employees who was close by and asked if they were closed already and she said “no, she’s on her break, she’ll be back in about 20 minutes “…I was a restaurant and retail manager for 40 years and have never ever heard of closing the customer service area because of someone taking their break. No manager working who could cover the employees??? Would you also shut down the deli, the seafood dept etc for someone to take a break. This particular location has never really been managed well but this is a first and I find it ridiculous and unnecessary.

  Looks like a third grade student’s handwriting very disappointed if you can’t be aesthetic and make something nice for someone’s birthday, you shouldn’t be working in the bakery. I also asked them if they could put flowers on it. They refused. He could barely even write on the cake Nicely.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this stop and shop and I have been going there for about 20 years. When I went up to self check up I accidentally grabbed a bag of yellow potatoes instead of the white potatoes that are free when you buy the beef so I went up to customer service and explained it and said I will grab the right potatoes she said ok. I came back and the very rude front end manger with black hair told me I was wrong and she was going to look. The flyer clearly states 1, 5lb bag of white potatoes there is a comma and also when you click in to see the qualifying item it shows a 5 lb bag of white potatoes that even included the price. She said we will never give out free bag of potatoes. The rude manager tried to hand me 2 loose potatoes that were not even white potatoes and said we do not give away 5 lb bags of potatoes. I again showed her where it said the qualifying bag of potatoes and she said she does not have time for this nonsense she is too busy because in her words we are getting a foot of snow and then she said whatever and told the customer service lady to give me the bag of potatoes. She is so obnoxious and rude also lacks customer service skills. Never in my life has someone from stop and shop been just disrespectful and made me waste so much time arguing with her
