- RMRazan MhessinAug 29, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. We arrived at 8:25 PM, well before closing at 9:00, and the employee made it very clear he didn’t want to serve us. He acted annoyed from the start and, after reluctantly taking our order, he didn’t even give us all of it. When we asked about the missing items, he rudely insisted we already took them—even though we were standing there empty-handed. Instead of fixing the issue, he told us to “leave” and even threatened, “don’t make me come out.” This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If the store is advertised as open until 9:00, customers should be treated with respect up until closing time. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this location.
