  Pizza was very bland, definitely fresh and clean ingredients but overall not much taste coming from the sauce or cheese, and the crust was dry and lacking flavor as well. The "large" size fries were a joke - it was legitimately smaller than most small size fries I've gotten elsewhere. Prices are very high for the quality and portion sizes. Overall it was a very middle-of-the-road experience.

  Iron Horse was a nice bar with many TV's and games. The service was okay, there were some uncleaned tables when we tried to find a space near the bar. Overall the food was typical bar food.

  Called ahead to confirm they’d show the World Baseball Classic, drove over an hour to meet friends, and got seated without issue. The atmosphere was decent for the game, but the service fell apart. My friends’ food came out reasonably quick, but my blackened salmon salad order was never delivered despite waiting two hours. The server didn’t write it down, which in hindsight should’ve been a red flag. The food that did arrive was ok- soft pretzels and nachos were fine, my friends’ wings and fries were underwhelming. I left hungry and frustrated. The staff seemed disorganized from the start. Would’ve rated higher if my food actually showed up

  Iron Horse in West Hartford was EVERYTHING! The service was top-tier — Jeremy was amazing, super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The food? 10/10. Fresh, flavorful, and came out perfect. And the vibe in there is so nice — great energy, beautiful setup, perfect spot whether you’re going out for drinks or a full meal. Definitely one of my new favorite spots. I’ll absolutely be back!
