    The store needs to be renovated. Half the tiles are missing above the vegetable section they’re stained from leaks. It’s disgusting and they really need to have this be one of the renovated stores. It’s West Hartford. I expect more from them. .

    ***NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH GLUTEN ALLERGIES/CELIAC DISEASE*** Not only are this stores shelves woefully messy and unorganized generally compared to other locations, but they also were too lazy to create a dedicated Gluten Free section, as most other locations have already done, years ago. They have gluten free products amongst all the gluten-containing products,and the dairy free options are also mixed into everything else. This leaves way more risk of cross-contamination of gluten to the intended gluten-free products. The baking supplies aisle was especially messy with cross contamination. Flour bags puncture easily. Do better! This store will be a massive time waster for anyone with multiple food allergies. It is beyond inconsiderate of upper management to not make these accomodations for their shoppers! 🤌🏻 Worst CT Stop&Shop location I've seen so far. If your upper management needs to see how it's supposed to be done, visit Stop&Shop in New Britain.

    I would have given this a five star but, the staff at check out was unbelievable. She rang my produce item completely wrong and I asked about it. She gave me an excuse, I said it needs to be fixed. At the end She said. So after much frustration it was fixed and she should know better if she is the cashier. Please retrain staff. Next time I'll go to management. But probably won't return
