Extremely long wait time for food, party of 7 for a birthday dinner. Most of the entrees were barely warm when arriving to the table. Took our leftovers to box and never returned. Waitress refused to acknowledge there was an issue and after asking another waiter for assistance twice she still didn't return. I had to then ask for a manager who then went to the kitchen to locate our to go bags.almost a half hour later Very disorganized and for an $900 bill I expected more. Doubt we will be returning.

New Years Eve dinner was very disappointing this was our 2nd New Years eve at Flemings and was expecting the same great meal as last year. I ordered the same 20 oz bone in rib eye med-rare, what I received was a well-done steak that was 1/2 inch thick. The bone was sawed to give it the bone in look. Even the side dishes were small. I'll be looking for another restaurant.

The food was very good and was enjoyable by everyone in our party of 4. The prime USDA NY strip steak I had didn't have "bark" on it like I prefer. I believe they might boil the steaks in a bag to the right temp of how you want it and then sear or bake it or vice versa. Either way it was definitely above average and I will most likely return to eat there again.

Went with a group of 6 for Christmas Eve dinner (4 adults and 2 kids). Had reservations for 8 but did not get sat till 8:34. It was Christmas Eve and busy so we were understanding. Our entrees took an hr and 45 mins to come out and during that time the server did not touch the table or refill drinks. We requested a manager and the food finally came out and 3 of the entrees were missing items which we had to ask for and ended up waiting some more. During our meals drinks took forever for refills ( we ordered sodas only) one of the sodas came back with items floating in it which we did not drink. My 6 year old ordered the 3 course kids meal and never received the third course (dessert) didn’t bother asking for it because she was over it and we did not want to wait another 40 mins for some ice cream. Our server was barely around and we kept having to ask other staff on the floor for items. When it came for check we once again asked a different wait staff. While waiting for the bill our server was inside a different room by the front entrance hanging out with other staff so the manager brought over the check and said he comped lamb chops on our bill that we did not get because they were out of stock, not sure if that was meant to be a favor. This was a holiday family dinner, our bill was close to 600 dollars and the entire experience was miserable.

I came to Flemings for the first time last night and was purely shocked. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place and left extremely disappointed. There’s nothing “high end” about Flemings. The dining rooms are so crowded that diners and wait staff were constantly trying to maneuver around each other. Our food took forever to come out so we ended up getting our entrees to go. I did take a few bites of mine and I actually said to my husband that it tasted like I was eating at Outback. Funny enough, I found out the two places were affiliated. You’re basically eating Outback food for Flemings prices. Our wait staff was very nice, although not super attentive. The manager did end up removing some things off of the bill which we appreciated. The 2 stars given is a reflection of the quality of the food and our experience. Again, the staff was very nice.
