I appreciate her but today 12/5 at 8:55 am I ordered a small ice matcha latte which was exactly how I wanted it. I also ordered loaded hash browns. The bag had cheese on it I said you know what they rushing it’s ok I pulled my hash browns out cup was ice cold that they come in, opened it literally a whole glob of cold cheese sauce on top my hash browns I asked for extra yes but why is the hash browns cold and why would u take cheese sauce out the fridge and literally squirt a huge glob like that. Please do better
