Every time I have come into this Dunkin, the dining room is uncleaned, and the staff takes a very long time to get the orders ready. I have placed a mobile order 10 or more minutes before, and still waited over 15 minutes in the store. Something needs to change either about the staffing or the training, but since it will be quicker for me to go out of my way to a different Dunkin, that will be what I do from now on, unfortunately.
