They even didn't realize they have my order. After my order was made wrong. I let a team member know, she got mad. I asked her to read ticket and made it right. She said "I don't need to read that shit" Refused to provide name of the team member.

Other girl with the curly hair and piercings had a full line yet was the only one who helped. Not sure if the hair dye got to her head and seeped into her ears or if the AirPod was drowning out all surrounding noise but she doesn’t have any customer service skills!
