  How can they simultaneously be extremely snail paced slow yet still act like they’re too busy to take your order at the counter? I saw people waiting at the counter for more then 6 minutes and yet food or drinks weren’t even coming out. Do they just stand there and do nothing?

  Had a rather unpleasant experience here today with my mother. We ordered two iced coffee’s and one refresher, no food. It was nearly 10 minutes that we waited when finally they gave out a refresher and an iced coffee, but it wasn’t for us, it was for two people that ordered after we did. Naturally, my mother spoke up and asked politely where our drinks are as we ordered before they did and on top of that we were patiently waiting for almost 10 minutes. One of the Hispanic ladies working there lashed out at her saying things like “Don’t talk to my co-workers like that”, “if dont like it then don’t come back here”, “it’s super busy here so we can’t get everything right”, mind you there were only three other customers in the store, the two people that got their drinks before us, and one person ordering something. This same lady ended up apologizing to us before we left, and I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt as who knows they could be having a really bad day, but that still doesn’t excuse her making such a big scene and being totally unprofessional at first, I did appreciate the apology though. Truthfully, the only reason i’m giving two stars in my rating for service and atmosphere is because there was this hard working young Black man who seemed to be the only one really working to deliver every single order, he also remained professional throughout everything, he deserves a raise.

  Worker took our order without ever saying a word and appearing bored. Handed our drink to us like we were a bother. The other female worker handed the drink to us as well with a frown on her face and couldn't be bothered to speak either. Maybe these two employees need new jobs. Employee who looked to be possibly the manager sitting at a table flirting with young girls.

  The tellers were very nice. The Raspberry "croissant" was Delicious and light.

  Was a terrible service! We ordered 2 cups of coffee and the cups were all dirty. Bad customer service, the staff were really unfriendly. I don't recommend anyone come to this place, it was a terrible experience. Not washing hands and reusing headphones is a hard pass. Definitely gonna dip outta there!
