  I have been a loyal customer for many years, but recently the service has become unacceptable. Calls are consistently not answered, making it impossible to place an order by phone. Because of this, you have lost a customer. This issue will also be reported to Domino’s corporate. I will be ordering from another pizzeria that values customer service.

  Cold $20 pizza delivered a half an hour later than it was supposed to be. Will never order from them again.

  I didn’t receive the order. I called the store they told me it was dropped off I asked what address and they couldn’t even tell me my address. Driver lied and said I came to the door and grabbed the order. They said there’s nothing they can do about me not receiving the order. They refused to refund or replace my order and hung up on me.

  Today I came to the store to buy pizza. Because I’m not familiar with cheeses, I couldn’t clearly tell the staff the names of the three types I wanted. The only female staff member in the store showed impatience and even rolled her eyes. She didn’t provide the help I needed and just kept repeating the cheese names, even though she knew I couldn’t understand. It made me feel uncomfortable. My previous visit was much better—the gentleman who helped me last time was friendly and respectful. We will still come back because the store is close to our home, and my husband and children really like your pizza. The prices are also very reasonable.

  It's Dominoes. But I'll admit they've improved a lot over the years. Do yourself a favor, however, and avoid the high delivery fees by picking up at the shop.
