The employee couldn’t let his ego go and argued with me for several minutes insisting that regular quesadillas don’t come with sides and that only kids’ quesadillas do—despite this being clearly shown on the Chipotle app. Even after a coworker confirmed I was right and the manager said the same, he responded with “that’s news to me” and still hesitated to give me the sides like the white rice was coming out of his own pocket. On top of that, the guacamole was brown, the white rice was cold, and I was incorrectly charged for guac even though a veggie quesadilla includes it. Between the poor food quality and the lack of basic menu knowledge, this location seriously needs better training.

Although it was busy the gentleman on the line was very patient, quick getting peoples orders done, helpful to his other coworkers, made sure the line was clean and he was super nice (He deff deserves a raise).The food was a little bland as if the cook wasn't seasoning the rice which is why I couldn't give this location 5 stars but over all the potions and hospitality was very good. Thank you
