  First time eating chipotle, the wait wasn’t that long, and the food is excellent even during rush hour. If your checking all these bad reviews, it might be past employees because all employees right now are executing their job well.

  Crazy slow and acted like people were bothering them by being there. Also seemed closed (stacked chairs and everyone cleaning and not serving anyone) but they don't close for 3 hours

  This chipotle sucks. Literally alway out of everything the employees are rude and miserable people. I’ve order Uber Eats from here twice and never again cause they never get it right. Rather go anywhere but this chipotle. I mean seriously how are you always out of lettuce. Also how hard is it to assemble a bowl. The store its self is dirty. This location should just be closed down. There’s better locations within a reasonable driving distance.

  First they didn’t have anything in stock not a fork spoon or cup holder. The tables? Dirty .. trash everywhere!!! The staff looked miserable no greeting whatever. I went in line to order my food I see all the workers being rude to all the customers giving them a hard if we wanted extra items( I asked for their name and they refused to tell me) Not everyone is penny pinching we come for the good food and clean establishment $20-30$ is nothing so it’s offensive for the workers to act if so it’s such a big deal to receive the extra items that us customers want to pay for. My son who is 7 months, my bestfriend and I went to go enjoy lunch and employee understand my order in English.. cool.. it was time to check out and she’s speaking Spanish discussing an order which I’m paying for… I say “ excuse me can I know what you guys are saying about my order?) Some plus size lady with a braided ponytail goes ballistic saying I’m racist and the worker doesn’t know English . However if she doesn’t know English how can she understand the order I told her?? ( in English by the way) Anyway the so called manager a dark skin women with lashes an a septum piercing were very belligerent to me , threw away my order and told us to leave. All because I wanted to know what I was being charged and discussed about my order? Despicable!!!!!!! In front of my new born child they shouted I was racist when they could of just politely translated ! As a paying customer I have the right to know , instead of the so called manager who didn’t even appear to be one , defusing the situation she escalated everything. You can tell the workers all had attitudes, all the food was burnt , no one was smiling , it was quiet. I plan on emailing the district manager I couldn’t believe the service i experienced. Apart of me just cooks at home now because customer service these days suck!!!! I went there Saturday afternoon around 12-30ish . So whatever shift was on that day was horrible!!
