She puts in a little too much of this, and not enough of that, and then accidentally scoops out too much dough and bakes them too long. That's what a Chip City cookie is like. You still eat it because, after all, it's a cookie and she did her best, but you don't ask for another. Plus one star for the excellent service we received.

This was at 7pm… and this location closes at 1a. Furthermore, they had roughly 8 cookies available. What food service stops making their product six hours before closing?!? Very disappointing professionalism exhibited by your staff. This is a prime location for your company, and you have lazy workers. I can guarantee if this behavior is a daily occurrence, you won’t be at this location for long.
