At this point, it’s not even about the ice cream anymore—it’s about the experience. I walk in wondering, “How are they gonna disappoint me today?” And they deliver every time. I also work in food and customer service. I’ve been stressed, overwhelmed, and on the verge of quitting mid–shift before. But the attitude around here? Unmatched. If having beef with customers was a competitive sport, this place would bring home gold every time. And the manager… listen. I have never seen this woman smile. Not once. If she ever cracks even a tiny grin, I will collapse to the floor sobbing tears of happiness. But here’s the thing: the ice cream still kinda slaps. So yeah, I’ll be back. Because at this point, I’m too emotionally invested; It’s like watching a reality show nobody asked for. 10/10 entertainment. 2/10 service. Ice cream’s still really good though.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
