    This ice cream shop is inside the Dunkin shop right on the corner of a very busy intersection. The Dubkin staff maintains the ice cream side as well and it appears to be clean and organized. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of seating inside. Parking lot is horrible to get out of with the traffic and obscured vision onto Farmington Ave because of the retaining wall and foliage. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible as is the entire shop.

    This is the third time I’m standing there and no one in line and they choose to ignore me to continue cleaning and I’m standing there like are they even gonna help me I should not be waiting that long for ice cream. Especially when there’s no other customers. Also, I was overly charged. I wanted three scoops. The girl served me two I told her I’m getting three scoops in total she went and grabbed another cup and was trying to serve me three scoops I said no only need one more so it could make it my three scoops… why did she charge me the price of a two scoops and a one scoop 😑 I ain’t notice till I checked my bank account! They need better training!

    As a family who has incorporated Baskin-Robbins into our traditions for years, this experience was particularly disheartening. In accordance with your ordering guidelines, I placed a custom cake order on March 13th for a scheduled pickup on March 16th at 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival at the designated pickup window, my husband and I waited approximately 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. Eventually, my husband went into the connected Dunkin’ Donuts to seek assistance. A young employee kindly attempted to locate our order; however, it quickly became apparent that the cake had either not been prepared or the order had been misplaced. During this time, the employee sought guidance from the shift supervisor on duty but was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Rather than addressing the issue directly with us, the supervisor sent the employee back to communicate the situation. We were then informed that the cake had not yet been made and would need to be prepared, chilled, and decorated. We were asked to return at 12:30 p.m., two and a half hours after the scheduled pickup time, due to the cake decorator not yet being present. While this delay was inconvenient, we agreed in order to ensure our son would still have his birthday cake. Upon returning to the store, we received the cake and requested to speak with the supervisor. She initially avoided speaking with us, and we could overhear her expressing frustration about our request from the back area. When she eventually approached us, her demeanor remained dismissive and unprofessional. She stated that the cake had already been made and only required decoration, which directly contradicted the information we had previously been given. This lack of transparency was concerning and further added to our frustration. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Once home, it became evident that the cake had not been properly set. Even when taken directly from the freezer, it was extremely soft and began melting immediately. Additionally, the frosting was poorly applied, patchy, and falling off the cake. The overall quality was far below expectations for a pre-ordered custom cake. To make matters worse, as we were leaving the store, both the shift supervisor and the cake decorator appeared to be mocking us, which was both inappropriate and disrespectful. I understand that unforeseen challenges can arise in any business. However, the lack of communication, the contradictory information, the poor product quality, and the unprofessional treatment we experienced are unacceptable. This situation reflects not only a breakdown in operations but also a concerning lack of customer care and leadership at the store level.

    old Spanish lady was rude and did not want to give toppings. me and my fiance were rushed out of the door as if they were closing when it was only 9:33. Than they make my milkshake wrong, she insulted my fiancé for understanding Spanish but not speaking it. Overall a horrible experience, was looking forward to coming and now that I’ve got my ice cream I am disgusted! NEVER AGAIN!
