  Painfully slow service and at least one item made wrong or forgotten every single time.

  Place been falling off. Service is lacking. Missing an ordered item almost every time. Somebody needs to fix that place.

  Workers at the counter refused to take my order, telling me to use the kiosk. When I said I wasn't comfortable using the kiosk, they shrugged and turned away. The store manager asked why I was leaving the store without ordering, I told her why, and she helped me order. I watched as my food was being prepared and heard the workers complain that I was helped by the manager. The food, hard and soft tacos, were terrible and I believe it was on purpose. I don't plan to ever eat at any Taco Bell ever again. I gave it 2 stars across the board only because the manager attempted to help me order. The line staff were terrible and rude. Beware eating at Taco Bell.

  I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before I ever got to the window to place my order. This place has ridiculously slow service and I see it consistently have a line of cars backed up for no reason.

  You need to pay attention to the order screen and every little detail, we don't come in and pay money for burritos not done the way we want them. If you're not gonna pay attention to the orders you're not basically doing your job when somebody request their burrito toasted it should be toasted and certainly when they walk back in asking for it to get toasted you should not just walk away saying you can't take it back. That is a no resolution...
