They staff is always nice, even when being overwhelmed by the typical CT Karen's that would complain even it was delivered to them in the bed. The AM crew, hustle, usually with just 2. Sometimes mistakes happen. That's life. My problem is with the behavior of the other customers. If you think being a huge Karen to them is going to make them treat you like Queen Elizabeth, you either don't live in 2025-26, have possess the reasoning traits of a 13 yr, or are just a KAREN.

They remade my coffee with no problem. Again, when driving I tried my coffee and now it has PUMPKIN in it and not caramel. Like, how many time can one place mess up one order. I just tried calling and no answer, go figure. This place SUCKS!
