This suggests the free pizza coupon did not apply correctly. I called the store, but neither the first employee nor the manager, Reba, understood how to fix the billing error. The charge is still wrong. As a new customer, I am disappointed to deal with a late delivery followed immediately by an incorrect charge and clueless staff. I should not have to argue every order. After reaching out to their customer service line for help, they were just as clueless. I will never return to Dominoes after being treated like this. Better to go to a family-owned restaurant that cares about charging their customers properly and resolving the issue if they make a mistake.
