  We attempted to eat lunch at this location this afternoon. We ordered at the kiosk and then tried to find a table to sit at. The first 5 open tables we looked at had food or liquid on the tables and/or seats. One had trash in the booth. We found a clean table eventually; that’s when the wait began. I understand this is not your typical fast food place, and I didn’t expect to order and immediately pick up my food, but a salad, cup of soup and two drinks should not have taken long. We also saw several people who arrived and ordered after us receive their food before we did. Due to time constraints, we canceled our order and requested a refund. The staff is friendly and polite, but the rest of it is not what we are used to when eating at Panera.

  Awful atmosphere, and has never gotten an order right. Useless staff. I’ve never seen them actually working. They just stand around and stare at random things around them.

  Ordered 3 cups for the same pickup time. There was 1 cup on the counter even though all 3 were marked completed. The iced coffee is just as bad as the Groton Panera. The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera's claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. Our store in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff I suspect they are managed by the same people. It's really not difficult to make good iced coffee.
