When I tried to return items, I asked to speak to the manager, and he didn't come to help me, but the customer service representative didn't either. This store needs better, better-trained staff.

The whole experience is so frustrating that I'm probably just going to stop shopping here and go to the aldi across the street from now on which is frustrating because stop and shop has a larger selection of produce and other products but it's not worth the hassle honestly. I'd rather go without than have to beg and pleade to be able to use stop and shops system just to get advertised prices.
