  Sebastian was out waiter/cashier in Waterford CT location. He provided superior service, answers all our questions and was very helpful. Sebastian checked if we needed anything on multiple occasions and cleared all our trays. He is a great example of a professional food service employee. Because of Sebastian we will be return customers. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to your job.

  The seats and floor were dirty. There were random fries in several locations. When I arrived there were 3 people working front of house, one possibly a manager, though she didn't seem terribly concerned with anything, an employee on her cell phone and another employee making a shake. There were approximately 5 other customers, all seated. I waited for approximately 4 minutes. I ordered a double burger with American cheese and bacon, a classic double, large smash fries and a cheesy mac. My order appeared on the screen. I was asked if it was correct, and I said yes. Evidently I was wrong, as my order was 2 classic doubles, one with bacon. I was upset for not having noticed the error. I went back and placed a new order. She whom I assume was manager asked if everything was okay. I replied no, but that I knew I had made the mistake of agreeing to an incorrect order. She did not offer any apologies nor recompense. It was just a very unpleasant experience. I doubt I'll be back.

  First time trying Smashburger. The All American Smash burger was pretty good. I love how soft and pillowy the buns and burger are. All the ingredients looked fresh. I got the tots with cheese sauce and I feel cheated a tiny bit by how few tots I got for the price of it. They taste good and better with the cheese sauce. Overall a good experience I would recommend ordering with their mobile app and looking for deals.

  Destiny was awesome at Smashburger! Super friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. She made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and you can tell she really cares about her job and the people she’s serving. Great energy and great service—she’s a real asset to the team!

  Amazing first visit to a Smash Burger. The place was clean and the food excellent but the best was the service. It was above and beyond with Sebastian at the register. He was patient and very kind with my inexperience in ordering. And when we were about to walk away, he remembered that we would be traveling back home and switched out our glasses for paper cups. You just don't hear about that kind of service these days. We'll be back around soon and will be happy to stop by again to see Sebastian.
