The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera's claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. Our store in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff I suspect they are managed by the same people. It's really not difficult to make good iced coffee.
