  i’ve been here several times and never again. Today I order an iced tea with splenda. they say they are out of splenda. then i order a coffee with cream and sugar. they say they are out of cream. i’m at the window and waited over 5 minutes. Who manages this place? yesterday i order a coffee with espresso and cream. they say the espresso machine is down. Do better Dunkin

  I love Dunkins, but they need to do better with this location. Out of stock with almost every item, customer service is non-existent, wait times are horrendous. They are consistently out of items EVERY time we go there, and unfortunately can’t get our money back since it was mobile order. Staple items such as milk, caramel syrup, brown sugar, etc. Even their brand new menu items that they claim are “discontinued” when they are in fact not. This last time we went they were out of oat milk, almond milk, and “barley had enough regular milk” for our coffee. How does a place like Dunkin’s not have milk, and won’t give a refund for a coffee!?!? We didn’t even get a simple sorry from the worker, but instead straight attitude. As a customer service worker myself, I would be ashamed of the way they interact with customers here. Extremely trashy, rude, and on multiple occasions completely ignoring customers and carrying on conversation with fellow employees. A simple “hello” or “have a good day” isn’t even there. Every time we have gone, the wait time for a drive through has been a bit extreme, again without even an apology. I am a really understanding person, as someone who works in the service industry, but I also know that I would never treat a customer this way. Even the items they do have come out wrong, missing cold foam, way too sweet, etc. This location needs to reconsider who they are hiring for staff and do better!

  Worse dunkin in CT! They are super slow & always messing up orders! Avoid this place.
