I won't be returning after I asked to be speak to a manger her name was Olivia and she was so rude and unprofessional and after being ignored for ten mins another manager came and he smelled of pure alcohol this place needs new management and new employees ronald was the star at this place I've had two horrible experiences sense no one greeted me. The food was cold. Not cooked properly. Id give zero stars if it was an option. Dont go to this Chipotle. I will be contacting corporate on this matter...

However, they mark the order complete at the requested time so you can’t even submit a complaint to Chipotle through their app services. The staff here know what they are doing, and are purposefully making it difficult to hold them accountable. Do yourself a favor and just don’t eat here.
