The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service is smooth, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. This morning was no exception! The Chipotle Chicken Egg and Avocado breakfast sandwiches that we got were especially good, perfectly made, and really satisfying. The cashier, Unique, was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Her friendly attitude made the experience even better! Panera in Waterbury continues to be one of my favorite spots because they get it right every time. I highly recommend stopping by for a reliably great meal and excellent service.

It was 20 minutes late, and I still hadn't received it, but they said it had been delivered. When I called customer service, their attitude was extremely rude; they were even laughing while talking! Garbage!
