- SDSecondi DeeznutsMar 21, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience here. The employee everyone calls “Auntie” was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. On top of that, I overheard her speaking negatively about other people, which made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What made things worse was that while I was waiting for my food, she appeared to be doing nothing instead of helping move things along. It felt like customers weren’t being treated with respect or urgency. I hope management addresses this, because customer service and professionalism really matter.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
