I order and pull off into the parking lot to hand the kids their food and noticed an item was missing. I went back to the window, Employee says he has to get a manager. Mr. Robert proceeds to tell me that he packed the order himself and that there is footage of the item going into the bag. I literally took what my kids were eating away and showed him every single wrapper. He said while shrugging his shoulders “well what do you want me to do? We don’t give out free food here” I informed him with my receipt in hand that I wasn’t asking for free food I was asking for what I paid for. He proceeded to tell me that all the customers go and expect to get free food. He yelled and was very dismissive. Yelled at me to never go back again. Oh Robert trust me I will never go back there. Corporate you really need to come look at these reviews and do something.

Long line at kios because no one is at register. One man at drive through. One is making food. And one sitting in office on cell phone viewable from counter.
