- ALAndy LiJan 5, 20261.0Extremely long wait times, while the place is empty, with cold food. Unacceptable. What are the employees doing while I'm waiting over half an hour for 2 simple tacos? Almost every fast food employee in this entire city is extremely incompetent. Real sad
- FLFirstname LastnameJan 5, 20261.0I pulled up to the restaurant and there were about 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot with 1 car waiting at the drive through window. I go in the drive through and order 2 soft tacos. I waited over 25 minutes for two cold tacos. Not room temperature, not kind of warm, LEGITIMATELY COLD. On top of it the sauce packets are all covered in dried up sauce. How hard is it to make 2 soft tacos and them be AT LEAST WARM while the restaurant is the least busy I have ever seen it. How hard is it to give me a couple sauce packets that aren't covered in dried up sauce. Absolutely disgusting and shameful. Waterbury fast food is at an all time low. Never going here ever again. It's understandable for a little bit of a wait, but not almost 30 minutes for 2 lousy tacos when the restaurant is pretty empty with ONE person ahead of me, who also waited over 25 minutes with me. What a sad excuse of a "fast food" place.
