It took over 30 minutes to get my order and I have to use a kiosk to place it. I didn't see many people working behind maybe two. Apparently that's not enough. I won't be back!

The problem was waiting 10 minutes to even speak with the register staff who said he could take my order and we had to use the kiosk. I explained we were paying with cash and he replied with "yeah you put it in the kiosk". The problem was, you CAN'T pay at the kiosk so we still had to pay at the register. Waited another 5 minutes to pay and then another 10-15 minutes to receive our food. The customer service is crap. The woman hands me a cup and says there is no diet pepsi and proceeded to tell me I could get a mountain dew blast. Why would I? Asked for a refund for the drink and it was given. But seriously 30 minutes to get 4 soft shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme is ridiculous. All set with this place.
