- KHKelly H3 days ago1.0I have lived in area for over 20 years and never had bad customer service at this stop & shop. I had to greet her by saying hello and she looked at me and said hello as if she didn't want to. With no smile and a mean face.I asked her was she upset and she said no. All the while I was smiling hoping to show her that I was a friendly customer. The young lady bagging was pleasant and I told her I loved her hair and she smile and said thank you. The angry face cashier handed me my change and turned away, I said, you welcome and went to service desk and asked for a manager. Manager came with a pleasant smile and apologize for cashier. When you are serving someone give them grace, its only right. You represent stop & shop, if it won't for consumers like myself you will be out of work....
