    I frequent Panera frequently as my church provides bagels weekly from here and I am slightly addicted to their egg white avocado breakfast andwich. I cant say enough about their customer service. Everyone without exception, is pleasant, acommodating and hard working. The managers exude warmth and friendliness.

    I generally like Panera Bread. The food is much better quality and tasty than other fast food. However, depending on the location, service can be lacking. I used to like the Panera on the Berlin Turnpike in Connecticut but I recently been to the one at Hartford Hospital and it was not a comfortable atmosohere/seating. I wonder if they made it that way purposely to keep people moving. It's definitely not a place where I would want to linger.

    Over priced small.pprrions.and definitely nothing special. It's a place for people to go who can say " I had lunch at panera". I would responed with, "Why". Not my type of.place but if you like spending twice as much and get half the amount just so you can say you ate at Panama, go for it.
